Head Coach and Trainer for all 96 Girls' Teams

Philosophy:  Incorporating the “Louis Dabo Methods,” train and develop CCV Stars ’96 Excel girls into mature, self-reliant individuals both on and off the field.  Developing the potential of each player is of paramount importance.  Emphasis is placed on technical ball skills development with gradual progression until movement with the ball becomes second nature.  Immediate satisfaction that comes with winning games and tournaments is subordinate to long-term goals of developing talent capable of showing well in major events by mid-teen years, obtaining college scholarships and, ultimately, to building character.  To complete the full, detailed program requires hard work and a considerable amount of time and patience from players, parents and all others affiliated with the endeavor.
