Great job red for taking 2nd place in the Patriot's Cup!

Picture Day for red and black Sat., Nov. 21.  We switched times so Black will actually go first at 10:30 and Red at 10:45.  After pictures the girls will get together to hang out and do some team bonding with their individual teams.  

New season starts in December.

All 96 Teams will practice on Mondays from 7:30-9:00 with Freddy and all coaches.  We will be on the turf arena.

Black Team will practice from 6:00-7:30 on Tuesdays and 6:45-9:00 on Thursdays.  We will be on field #9.

Red Team will practice from 6:45-9:00 on Tuesdays and 6:00-7:30 on Thursdays.  We will be on field #9.

Harry's Core Strength and Agility Soccer Exercises 7 minute program.
 
Guidelines:  8 exercises once in the morning b/4 Breakfast and once in the evening b/4 dinner. Please do them properly. Rest 15-30 seconds between exercises.

 7 - Minute Exercises list ;( following core exercises are to be done while lying down on you're back shoulders lifted off the ground,hands in front of your chest not touching,legs straight and toes pointing away from you.)

ADDITIONAL EXERCISES EACH DAY FOR BALANCE AND SKILL :
 
JUGGLING A SOCCER BALL- 15 MINUTES PER DAY MINIMUM ( BETWEEN 50-500 TOUCHES IN A ROW)
 
TOE TOUCHES WITH MOVEMENT ( FORWARD AND BACKWARDS USING SOLE OF THE FEET) 20 - YARDS FORWARD AND BACK, 2-3 TIMES WITH OUT A MISTAKE .
 
 
Freddy's Soccer Skills exercises to maintain touch and balance on the ball and maintain fitness.
 
30 minutes a day find the best time for yourself with out any disruptions from I-pods, tv, computers, cell phones and concentrate to give 30 minutes non stop that is your goal.

 Freddy's Soccer Shuttle Runs approximately 20 minutes with 2 minute rest in between each set. Do 4- one minute sets.  
 
Shuttle Run Figure 8 with ball - set 2 - cones approximately 5-6 yards apart and then start on the outside cone using the inside and outside moves in a figure 8 motion see how many you can do in a 1 minute period and keep count of your best record. Please allow yourself two minute rest in-between each set.
 
 Shuttle Run Straight Ahead- set 2 cones approximately 10 yards apart with and with out ball. You have one minute to complete as many runs as you can in one minute start all runs in the inside with and with the ball. Do 4 one minute sets. give yourself 2 minute's rest in-between each set.
 
This will help you with your conditioning and fitness and touches on the ball .  We will spend a lot of time on skill training and fitness with short angle runs please take this information and try to stay fit come August 10 it will be up to you to be in good shape we also will have a juggling contest so be ready.
